RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Upon booking your Satori Retreat you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Satori Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.

Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions or an act of god.

“You” refers to the guest booking a Satori Retreat.

“We” refers to Satori Retreats.

Retreat refers to “The Satori Retreat”

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To join the retreat you must have valid travel (health) insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging in on your retreat & full trip cancellation.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

As unexpected things can happen, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance once you have booked your Satori retreat.

RETREAT REQUIREMENTS

You must have active and valid travel insurance.

You must meet Bali's entry requirements at the time of travel.

You must have a valid passport and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.

You must be 18+ Years of age.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.

Satori Retreats offers a grace period where you can have a full refund without questions within 14 days of making your first retreat payment. Refunds may take a maximum of 30 days to process.

After the 14-day grace period, we do not offer refunds for any reason.

However, name changes on bookings are welcome, once approved by Sarah.

Please be sure you are ready to commit before booking your retreat.

If you cancel more than 150 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment at cancellation time may be applied as credit to another Satori Retreat within one year of the retreat date. Retreat prices might increase overtime, so if you apply your payment as credit towards another Satori Retreat, you will settle the balance to meet the retreat cost at the time you are attending.

Cancellations within 150 Days of the retreat date will count as forfeiture of the retreat payments made up to that point.

As a small boutique travel company, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.

You are responsible for being up to date with Bali’s latest COVID regulations. After the 14-day grace period, we are unable to offer credit or refunds to guests that cannot enter Bali due to non-compliance with the local COVID regulations (such as not having the required vaccination status).

You understand upon booking that the retreat hosts may change due to sickness or other personal issues. In the unlikely event this was to happen, no refunds or returns are possible.

SATORI RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY.

We never want to cancel a retreat. However, sometimes acts of God do happen. If Satori Retreats needs to cancel this retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next possible retreat. No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for any next Satori Self Love Retreat.

Frequently asked Questions

are flights & travel insurance included?

We got the airport transfers, you’re responsible for securing your return flights to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Travel insurance is mandatory.

Is there much free time within the schedule?

Absolutely! Plus, all activities and adventures are optional. Life is busy enough, this retreat is all about nurturing YOU, so you go with whatever your heart is desiring!

Do I need a vaccine to attend?

Currently proof of vaccination is not required to enter Bali. Please check independently to ensure you are covered and can arrive without any incidents.

Do I need a visa to enter bali?

Yes! 90+ nationalities can obtain a 30-day visa online via the official government website or upon arrival for $35USD / $50AUD

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

Can I come late or leave early if the dates don't exactly work for me?

There is a little flexibility however it is strongly recommended to arrive and depart according to the start and finish days because each day has a specific and important focus that transitions into the next. Further info will be provided once signed up.

What will the retreat group be like?

The groups are curated to match the retreat theme: women from all walks of life who are ready for a life-changing journey into self-discovery, adventure and self-love.

Is there ongoing, one-on-one support offered to keep me accountable

and in the zone beyond the retreat?

Absolutely! You’ll have the opportunity to add virtual 1:1 coaching sessions with Sarah for prior or post retreat integration. In addition, Sarah will set up a group communication between the attendees so you have collective support post retreat.

Can I book an extra night at the same resort before or after the retreat?

how will you decide who attends the retreat?

The first step is to complete the application questionnaire. That will give us an indication around what you are interested in taking away from the retreat, and if now if the perfect time for your inner transformation. See above for further details..
